These are the dates of exhibitions arranged for the Library Gallery into 2010.
The library is closed from close of business on Saturday, 12th December, until 9.30am on Monday, 21st December, for the installation of self-service equipment, therefore there will be no exhibition up from lunchtime on Sat 12th December until Tuesday 22nd December.
22nd December 2009 – 5th February 2010
An exhibition of paintings by Bev Chandler (Private View – 13th January 5.30 – 7.30pm. Artist in Conversation – 27th Jan 6 - .30pm)
8th February – 26th February
An exhibition of work by Phil Ayris (Private View/Artist in Conversation to be arranged)
5th May – 21st May
Exhibition and sale of works by Cecil Thornton (from the collection of Mrs. Richards) This exhibition is going up on a Wednesday so they can have an Open Day on the Saturday. The exhibition will be manned by Mr and Mrs Richards with help from the Arts Network. (Private View/Open Evening – 6th May 5.30 – 7.45pm. Open Day 8th May 11am – 4pm)
