The Creative Hinckley Workshop Evening held on 18th April was very well attended. For those who didn’t, you missed a fascinating talk by master glassblower Graeme Hawes who told us about his work and some of his more demanding projects.

In addition to the chance to catch up with the activities of creative friends and colleagues, there was an update on the progress of the work on the Goddard Building. For the first time we displayed a set of architect's plans and visuals of the exciting development.
Pete Underhill gave us some idea of the scale of the project in hand by taking us through a series of schematic diagrams showing the functions and zoning within the building.
Also on the night we received updates on the events being put in place to help develop our businesses - these dates are repeated in our ‘for your diary’ section. Some of them, because of keen interest, we advise you get your name on the list to avoid disappointment.
